Forest Villa consists of 12 single-storey cottages with an area of 150 sq. m. each, with an additional recreation area on the operated roof. According to the project, the housing is built in a hi-tech style - light facade decoration with elements of natural materials (wood, stone), large windows, concise lines. When buying a cottage, you will also have your own land plot from 7 to 10 acres, which is completely decorated with landscape design, fenced with a fence from neighboring plots, equipped with an automatic lawn irrigation system, pathways made of paving stones. The format of a country house will allow you to arrange a barbecue in your yard, install a pool or engage in gardening.

The entire town area is closed to outsiders and equipped with video surveillance cameras. For all residents, there is a small park with a fountain, a children's playground, and recreation areas.

Infrastructure

The cottage town Forest Villa is located in the village of Rozhivka, 8 km from Brovary. This is an environmentally friendly location surrounded by coniferous forest, far from dusty roads. The road to Brovary will take 15 minutes by car, the metro station "Lisova" - half an hour, the center of Kyiv - 50 minutes.

4 km from the town flows the Desna River, which will surely appeal to fishermen and lovers of beach recreation. 10-15 minutes away is the Zalissya National Park - a large green area under protection, where there is a stable, a lake, and picturesque nature.

All main educational infrastructure is located in Brovary and neighboring villages. These are general education schools, private development centers, kindergartens.
