KyivSea is an author's project of a cottage town on the Kyiv Sea. The town consists of 11 cottages located on 1 hectare of green area with access to the water. When purchasing a cottage, you get a plot of land ranging from 6 to 22 acres, where you can arrange a place for relaxation, a children's play area, your own mini garden, or an outdoor training area. For an additional fee, you can install a vertical greenhouse as an addition to the house.

The feature of the town is the water access with docks and yacht parking, as well as a beach with sun loungers and umbrellas. Also on the territory, there is a children's play area with a treehouse and a sports ground with fields for football, basketball, and volleyball on the latest generation artificial turf.

The KyivSea cottages are designed in a minimalist style, with a large area of glazing and terraces. The area of the cottages ranges from 175 to 300 m², and the layouts include 2 to 4 rooms accordingly.

Infrastructure

The internal infrastructure of KyivSea includes a restaurant on the territory with catering services and the takegoshop grocery store.

Within a two-minute walk from the town, there is the SHELEST recreation complex with a restaurant and bar, separate relaxation houses, a pool, and a beach. Small grocery stores can be reached in 8 minutes in Lebedivka, and large chain supermarkets Varus, Silpo, Billa are a 15-minute drive away.

The area of the complex is excellent for sports and outdoor activities: you can ride a bike around the area, go for a run among the trees, or swim during the season. An 8-minute drive will take you to yacht clubs or try windsurfing and kitesurfing. The closest classic fitness clubs are in Vyshgorod at "Technofit" or the "Impulse" sports club - a 15-minute drive away.

From KyivSea to the developed infrastructure of Obolon, it takes a 30-minute drive. There you can choose a suitable kindergarten, as well as a school or lyceum for older children.
