Tivoli cottages feature modern architecture with black and white decor, panoramic windows, and straight, concise lines. 24 houses are located on a closed territory - there is a checkpoint at the entrance to the complex, and round-the-clock video surveillance operates in public areas. The settlement is equipped with sports grounds, swimming pools, a bath complex, as well as routes for outdoor jogging.

A typical 200 sq.m. cottage project includes a kitchen-studio and a bathroom on the first floor, and two bedrooms, a study, and a bathroom on the second floor. The adjacent area to each house will range from 6 to 8 acres - this is enough to arrange a comfortable lounge area with a barbecue and a pool, or set up a children's playground.

Infrastructure

The Tivoli cottage town is being built in the village of Khodosivka, whose infrastructure includes shops, a school, a kindergarten, cafes, restaurants, a shopping center, a "Nova Poshta" office, a medical clinic, and other services.

From the town to Kyiv, a European-quality highway is laid, so you can quickly and comfortably reach the specified point in the capital and return home. It is a 20-minute drive to the nearest metro station "Vydubychi" by car, and if public transport is needed, the bus stop for routes No. 735 and No. 738 is a 10-minute walk from the cottage town.

8 minutes away by car from the cottages is the first outlet village in Ukraine - "Manufactura", where more than 75 shops of various orientations, restaurants, cafes, and confectioneries are operating. For children, there is a playground, a development center called "Children's Room", and a children's entertainment center called "Dakland". Next to the outlet, there are a fitness club "Deltaplan", beauty salon Ala Delta, a bowling club, a shooting range, the "Butterfly Country" cinema, the "Megamarket" hypermarket, and the "Manufactura Clinic" medical center.
