LCD Family Residential Complex In Kievskaya oblaste

The closed-type residential complex "Family" is a 60-apartment residential building on Shevchenko Street in the village of Dimer, Kyiv region. The project is being implemented by the "Brave" society.

The architecture of the residential complex is maximally practical and ergonomic. Simple geometric shapes, proven construction technologies and materials, calm decoration - the project fully corresponds to the comfort class in which the developer positions it. This is a 5-story building constructed using traditional brick technology. The exterior walls are insulated with polystyrene and decorated with decorative plaster. Panoramic windows provide good insulation for the premises. Full glazing of balconies is carried out. Heating is individual in each apartment.

The entire territory of the "Family" residential complex is completely closed off from outsiders and car traffic.

The adjacent territory is landscaped with decorative plants, equipped with its own large children's playground, a relaxation area, and a sports playground.

A guest parking lot is provided for residents' cars by the project.

The residential complex "Family" is located in the village of Dimer, Vyshhorod district, Kyiv region. Convenient transportation allows you to reach Vyshhorod in half an hour by car and Kyiv in 45 minutes. Shuttle bus No. 357 takes you to the "Akademmistechko" metro station.

Within walking distance from the building, there are supermarkets "Fora" and "Aurora." The supermarket "Trash" is about a 3-minute drive away.

From educational institutions for children in Dimer, there is the "Zernyatko" kindergarten, the early development center "Mudryk," Dimer General Secondary School I-III levels No.1, Dimer Gymnasium, and Dimer Children's Music School named after Ryunosuke Akutagawa.
