The closed-type residential complex "Family" is a 60-apartment residential building on Shevchenko Street in Dimer, Kyiv region. The project is being implemented by the "Brave" society.

The architecture of the residential complex is maximally practical and ergonomic. Simple geometric shapes, proven construction technologies and materials, calm decoration - the project fully corresponds to the comfort class in which the developer positions it. It is a 5-storey building constructed using classical brick technology. The exterior walls with polystyrene insulation are decorated with decorative plaster. Panoramic windows provide good insolation of the premises. Full glazing of balconies is carried out. Individual heating is provided in each apartment.

The entire territory of the "Family" residential complex is completely closed off from outsiders and vehicle traffic.

The adjacent territory is landscaped with decorative plants, equipped with its own large children's playground, relaxation area, and sports ground.

Guest parking is provided for residents' cars as part of the project.

Infrastructure

The residential complex "Family" is located in the village of Dimer, Vyshhorod district of Kyiv region. Convenient transportation allows you to reach Vyshhorod in half an hour by car, and Kyiv in 45 minutes. Shuttle bus No. 357 provides transportation to the "Akademmistechko" metro station.

Within walking distance from the building, there are supermarkets "Fora" and "Aurora." The "Trash" supermarket is about a 3-minute drive away.
