LAGOM is a modern and comfortable cottage village located in the nearest suburb of Lviv, in the village of Sokilnyky. The project includes villas, duplexes, and townhouses arranged in several lines on a total area of 12 hectares. LAGOM will appeal to those who seek a peaceful suburban life in an ecologically clean area, next to friendly neighbors, and at the same time want to continue enjoying all the amenities of urban comfort. Living in a house near a lake is not only a luxurious view and a unique atmosphere of peace, but also an endless opportunity to enjoy nature every day. Pleasant walks along the shore will become an integral part of daily life, adding bright emotions and impressions.

The village maintains a balance between community and privacy, ensuring the safety of residents. Within the project, each dwelling has its own landscaped plot of land (lawn, eco-parking for two cars with paving blocks), separated from neighbors by a fence. The common area is closed to outsiders, entry is organized through automatic gates, and access is through an intercom. In addition, the common interior space is under 24-hour video surveillance and security. The village's common area features a children's playground and a public community space with a barbecue area, as well as parking spaces for residents' guests.

LAGOM is designed in a Scandinavian style: the exterior of the buildings attracts with its conciseness, while the interior is characterized by thoughtful layouts and energy efficiency. The houses are built of ceramic blocks and additionally insulated. The roofs are gable-shaped, with folded metal roofing. Decorative clinker tile inserts are used in the finish, imitating brickwork. High windows "under the roof" not only support the chosen style of the buildings but also provide high levels of insulation. In the village, you can choose a dwelling from six layout options: ranging from 125 to 220 sq.m, on 2 or 3 floors, and with 2, 3, or 4 bedrooms.

For the comfort of residents, a management company is responsible, which will take care of all the hassle of servicing the buildings.

Infrastructure

The cottage village is located on Hrushevskoho Street in the village of Sokilnyky, within the Lviv bypass road. Therefore, residents of LAGOM can easily reach the city - a drive to Rynok Square by car will take about 25 minutes. The village has two exits to the bypass road, two exits to Stryiska Street, and an exit to Kulparkivska Street, so drivers will be able to choose the most convenient route to reach the desired area of the city. For those who use public transport, there is a bus stop for minibus No. 1004 located 400 m from the village, which goes to Petrushevych Square in Lviv. Also, on Stryiska Street, 1.5 km away (20 minutes on foot) from LAGOM, more than 25 public transport routes stop, going to various parts of the city and suburbs.

LAGOM is located in the central part of Sokilnyky, so it is convenient to reach any local infrastructure facilities from it. A grocery store is a 10-minute walk away, where you can buy everyday goods. The local comprehensive school is also a 10-minute walk away. The journey to the primary school is slightly shorter, as you can walk there in 5-7 minutes. Kindergartens (private in Sokilnyky, municipal and private in Lviv) can be reached by car in 5-10 minutes. The same amount of time is needed to reach Lviv municipal clinics No. 2 or 4 and the nearest private medical facilities.

Various shopping and entertainment centers and large stores are located near LAGOM. The King Cross Leopolis shopping mall and Epicentr hypermarket are only 2 km away (5 minutes by car), while the Victoria Gardens shopping center is about 5 km away (10-12 minutes by car). At a similar distance, you can find any infrastructure facilities: pharmacies, bank branches, beauty salons, etc.

There are 3 natural lakes around the cottage village, which can be reached on foot in 5-10 minutes. And for those who prefer artificial reservoirs, the proximity to the large Beach water park will be appealing - it can be reached by car in 10-15 minutes.

  • houses are built of ceramic bricks, wall thickness - 380 mm, with additional sound insulation between cottages. Insulation - facade insulation system "BAUMIT" (expanded polystyrene or mineral wool by choice);
  • foundations - reinforced concrete monolithic pad 30 cm thick and 80 cm wide plus a reinforced concrete strip 40 cm thick. Floors - reinforced concrete monolithic slabs.
  • roof - metal folded roofing from metal of German manufacturer Arcelor Mittal;
  • energy-efficient premium class windows REHAU Synego+ 80 mm thick, double-chamber energy-efficient glazing with multifunctional glass and energy-saving filling, German window fittings WinkHaus;
  • centralized water supply and sewerage, 12 kW of electricity per dwelling (can be increased upon request), gas supply;
  • the developer carries out rough finishing: floor screed, plastering of load-bearing walls, connects communications to the house.
  • external landscaping of each plot as in the visualization: fence, paving for parking and paths, lawn with landscaping.
