Description

The residential complex "Harry" is a premium class club house from the company "REAL" being built in the Zaliznychnyi district of Lviv. The project embodies a bold architectural concept based on European philosophy of renovation and urban planning, combining historical heritage with advanced modern ideas. The building consists of sections 5-6 stories high. Only reliable and high-quality materials are used in its construction: brick walls and mineral wool insulation, ensuring durability, energy efficiency, and high level of comfort.

An architectural feature of the building is its three blocks. Two blocks are integrated into authentic facades on Storozhenka Street. Instead of demolition, the project preserves and incorporates these facades into the new building, adding a special charm and historical depth to it. The third block boldly deepens modern architectural ideas, offering innovative solutions that ensure maximum comfort and durability.

The "Harry" residential complex offers functional and flexible living spaces – 25 apartments that combine comfort and privacy for those seeking "their" place in the heart of the city. The concept of the building corresponds to the club format "for its own", as the limited number of floors and apartments guarantees a minimum of neighbors and maximum personal space.

Safety and comfort in the "Harry" residential complex are not just functions, but well-thought-out details that shape a high standard of living. The complex's territory is completely closed, residents can feel absolutely relaxed, as all corners of the location are under round-the-clock surveillance, ensuring constant security. An innovative face recognition system allows not to worry about keys or cards, and also works through a smartphone. The IP intercom provides convenient remote access for guests and couriers.

The complex's territory is completely pedestrian. The concept of "car-free courtyard in outdoor" provides even more free space, silence, and safety for walks and relaxation. An underground parking for 29 cars is provided in the project. The parking lot is equipped with a full-fledged storage with heating and a bathroom, providing comfortable and safe stay for a long time.
