Description

"ONDE Hotel" is the first apartment complex of the year-round mountain resort "GORO Mountain Resort" by OKKO Group. It consists of 3 hotels located on the frontline of the mountains, where everything needed for an unforgettable holiday is available, and nature is right at your fingertips.

"ONDE Hotel" is 42,000 sq.m in total area, with 16,500 sq.m of apartment space, 13,000 sq.m of commercial space, and accommodates 1,200 guests per day.

An architectural feature of the hotels is their terraced arrangement at different angles, allowing for the preservation of picturesque views of the area. As a result, most hotel rooms offer breathtaking panoramic views of the mountain peaks and surrounding landscapes.

Future investors are offered fully furnished 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments ranging from 29 to 124 sq.m, and 4-bedroom apartments with an area of 119.5 sq.m with modern designer renovations.

A private underground parking allows every guest to leave their car safely without any hindrance.

Infrastructure

"GORO Mountain Resort", of which "ONDE Hotel" is a part, is located near the foot of the Vysokyy Verkh mountain at an altitude of 650 m above sea level in the Lviv Carpathians, near the villages of Volosianka and Verkhnia Rozhanka of Slavske OTG. It is 25 km by car to the Kyiv-Chop highway, 137 km to Lviv, 681 km to Kyiv, and 161 km to the nearest border with Poland. The resort strikes a perfect balance between proximity and distance from major cities.

Within "GORO Mountain Resort", 360 hectares are allocated for mountain trails and ski infrastructure. "ONDE Hotel" is designed in a ski-in/ski-out format, which is a dream come true for mountain skiing enthusiasts. This concept allows residents to ski directly from the doorstep of their accommodation onto the slopes (ski-out) and return to their residence after skiing (ski-in). This not only provides convenience but also creates a unique atmosphere for mountain skiing holidays.
