The "SVOÏ CITY" Residential Complex is located on Heroiv Krut Street in the village of Sokilnyky, bordering on the Frankivsk district of Lviv. It is about an 18-minute drive to the center of Lviv by car, the same amount of time it will take to drive to the railway station. It takes about 15 minutes by car to get to the International Airport. Public transport routes run along Stryiska and Naukova streets.

Walking to the nearest supermarket "Rukavychka" for groceries takes a couple of minutes, 7 minutes to "Bliznko" supermarket, and 10-12 minutes to "Sviy Market" and "ATB" supermarkets. A 4-minute drive away is the nearest market "Pidzemny" with farm produce. For vegetables, fruits, meat, and dairy products, it is a 7-minute drive by car to the market "Shuvar" from the "SVOÏ CITY" Residential Complex.

Within an 8-minute drive by car, the large shopping center "King Cross Leopolis" operates.
