Description

Riviera City Park is a closed cottage town with a wonderful park area in the vicinity of Lviv - Sokilnyky village. The project is being implemented by "Riviera" company. On a total area of 7 hectares, there are 55 cottages with private plots of 7-12 acres. Architects have created several typical cottage projects with areas of 190, 260 and 300 sq.m. The houses have simple geometric shapes and a concise design, developed according to the canons of "organic architecture". A distinctive feature is the presence of large panoramic windows. All cottages are made of high-quality materials, completely built of quality brick, insulated with polystyrene, ensuring the reliability and durability of the dwelling. The area around the house is landscaped, with a lounge area with a place for a barbecue and a fireplace.

For the safety and comfort of residents, the territory of Riviera City Park is fenced, under round-the-clock security and video surveillance. When designing the cottage town, special attention was paid to the entrance group, which has sliding gates and a checkpoint.

The complex has landscaping of park, walking, and lounge areas with trees and other varieties of plants, as well as statuary decoration, creating natural harmony and beauty. For schoolchildren, near Riviera City Park are the Sokilnytsia Lyceum of I-III degrees named after I. Y. Franko and Sokilnytsia Secondary School.
