A picturesque place near the lake and forest in the suburbs of Lviv is the location of a cottage town at 10 Andrusiv Street in the district center of Horodok. The absence of industrial enterprises and major highways nearby will provide residents with fresh air and tranquility. On small adjacent plots, you can arrange a children's playground and a relaxation area with a green lawn and a barbecue.
To harmoniously integrate the two-story townhouses into the architecture of Horodok and the surrounding landscapes, natural wood and cladding tiles "under stone" are used in the facade decoration. For the comfort of residents and the ergonomic distribution of space, the attic floor will be residential.
Infrastructure
Horodok has a fairly developed infrastructure, and if necessary, you can always drive to Lviv, which is a 20-minute drive by car, and to the historic city center, you can reach in 40 minutes. Clothing, shoes, and home goods can be purchased at the City Center shopping center or at the "From A to Z" store, located 6 minutes by car from the cottage town at 10 Andrusiv Street.
