Description

"Authors' District" is a large residential project on the seaside, consisting of 16 buildings with cascading floors ranging from 10 to 21 stories. The buildings feature modern architecture with glass facades and wave-like shapes. Low building density and unique courtyard arrangements will provide comfort for future residents and their guests.

The landscaping project includes a large park area with promenades and a fountain, children's playgrounds, rope-and-wood eco-structures, and an art zone. To promote a healthy lifestyle, residents of the "Authors' District" will have access to their own workout area and a multifunctional sports ground for mini football, volleyball, and basketball. "Authors' District" in Odesa is located at 23 Hoholya Street, near the South Road - one of the main coastal highways. The main advantage of this new development is its unique location just steps away from the sea, sandy beaches with a "Blue Flag," and an organized promenade.
