LCD RC Academ Park In Kiiv

"Academ Park" is a project to create affordable housing in the Sviatoshynskyi district of Kyiv. Urban space architects have organically integrated the complex into the landscape of a quiet and green area. Two buildings with 17 sections will create a closed courtyard space with recreation areas, children's and sports playgrounds.

Infrastructure

The residential complex will be integrated into the commercial and social infrastructure. Within walking distance, there are grocery stores, supermarkets, and the Sviatoshynskyi market. For young families with children, there is an educational complex and a choice of four kindergartens. Older children can continue their education in one of three schools or gymnasiums. The children's hospital and the clinic of the National Academy of Sciences can be reached on foot in 7 minutes. Within a 10-minute drive, there are an emergency station, a children's clinic, and a primary medical care center.

Powerlifting or pilates - everyone chooses individually: there are three sports clubs, a fitness studio, and a sports complex near the complex. A ten-minute walk and you are at the workout.

On the ground floors, there are retail premises with a separate entrance. Cafes, shops, a bank office, a pharmacy, or a sports club will be opened for the residents of the complex.
