LCD Residential complex Academ Park In Kiiv

"Akadem Park" is a project to create affordable housing in the Svyatoshynskyi district of Kyiv. Urban space architects have organically integrated the complex into the landscape of a quiet and green area. Two buildings with 17 sections will create a closed courtyard with recreation areas, children's and sports playgrounds.

Infrastructure

The residential complex will be integrated into the commercial and social infrastructure. Within walking distance, there are grocery stores, supermarkets, and the Svyatoshynskyi market. For young families with children, there is an educational complex and a choice of four kindergartens. Older children can continue their education at one of the three schools or gymnasiums. A 7-minute walk will take you to the children's hospital and the clinic of the NAS scientists. Within a 10-minute drive, there are emergency stations, a children's clinic, and a primary medical and sanitary care center.

Powerlifting or pilates – everyone chooses individually: three sports clubs, a fitness studio, and a sports complex are located next to the complex. A ten-minute walk and you are at your workout.

On the ground floors, there are retail spaces with a separate entrance. For the complex residents, cafes, shops, a bank office, a pharmacy, or a sports club will be opened.
