The residential complex Lucky Land is a new regional center of the Kyiv metropolis with a complete internal infrastructure. The concept of the complex was developed by the DIM group of companies together with the architectural bureau Archimatika. Its main idea is to combine modern innovations with the traditions of Kyiv architecture.
The Scandinavian-style microdistrict is located near a large natural area, environmentally friendly for living. On the north side, the complex is surrounded by an age-old pine forest covering an area of over 100 hectares, and a 5-minute drive from Lucky Land is the recreational area of Kyiv, Pushcha-Vodytsia.
Seven residential blocks of the comfort+ class residential complex are located on a territory of 28.5 hectares with its own developed internal infrastructure and form a multifunctional district in the live-work-play format that fully satisfies the daily needs of residents.
To avoid the well effect and lack of sunlight, different levels and multifunctional glazing are used. Each apartment has a balcony or a private terrace with a view of the city. The building area is designed as an open public space with a park zone, recreation areas, children's play areas, sports grounds, and walking alleys.
Infrastructure
The residential complex Lucky Land is located near important transportation arteries of the city: Academician Palladin Avenue, the Great Ring Road, Syretska Street, and Hostomel Highway, allowing you to choose a route to any part of the city. Near the complex, there are public transport stops from which minibusses No. 719-2 and No. 512 depart, as well as 15 bus routes.
