Lucky Land Residential Complex is a new regional center of the Kyiv metropolis with a fully developed internal infrastructure. The complex concept was developed by the DIM group of companies together with the architectural bureau Archimatika. Its main idea is to combine modern innovations with the traditions of Kyiv architecture.
The Scandinavian-style microdistrict is located near a large natural area, environmentally friendly for living. The complex is surrounded by an age-old pine forest of over 100 hectares on the north side, and the Kyiv Pushcha Vodytsia recreational area is just a 5-minute drive from Lucky Land.
The seven blocks of the comfort+ class residential complex are located on a territory of 28.5 hectares with its own developed internal infrastructure, forming a multifunctional district in the live-work-play format that fully meets the daily needs of residents.
To avoid the well effect and lack of sunlight, different floor levels and multifunctional glazing are used. Each apartment is equipped with a balcony or private terrace offering a view of the city. The surrounding area is designed as an open public space with a park zone, relaxation areas, children's play areas, sports grounds, and walking alleys.
Infrastructure
Lucky Land Residential Complex is located near important city transport arteries: Academician Palladin Avenue, Great Ring Road, Syretskaya Street, and Hostomel Highway, allowing you to choose a route to any part of the city.
