The new residential complex Welcome Home on Stetsenko is located in the Sviatoshynskyi district of Kyiv, near Palladina Avenue. Nearby is the recreational area of Pusha-Voditsa. Parks, lakes, bike paths - all the bounties of nature are within reach.

These are multi-section buildings, 6-7 stories high based on products from the DBK-3 plant. Welcome Home on Stetsenko is a project where the concept of a residential complex is expressed not only in the logo or short-term advertising campaigns during sales. We wanted to implement a project with such a unique feature in landscaping and architecture that would delight the residents of the complex every day.

The idea of creating a residential art quarter emerged, where art objects would be created within a unified theme and style.

The chosen theme is the animal world, specifically the singing birds of Ukraine. The theme has enormous potential - small architectural forms for children's playgrounds, murals on building facades, and more. Residents will be able to join this kind of creativity quite soon.
