LCD RC Welcome Home at Stetsenka In Kiiv

The new residential complex Welcome Home on Stetsenko is located in the Svyatoshyn district of Kyiv, near Palladina Avenue. Nearby is the recreational area Pushcha-Vodytsia. Parks, lakes, bike paths - all the gifts of nature are within walking distance.

These are multi-section buildings, 6-7 stories high based on products from the DBK-3 factory. They already have traditional advantages such as rational layouts, floor-to-ceiling windows, thoughtful architecture, and interesting building facades. The low-rise development of the site, along with interesting landscaping, will provide a feeling of comfortable living in every corner of the complex.

By the way, there will be only four apartments per floor, which is always very attractive to buyers. We hope that this design decision will create all the conditions for warm neighborly relations.

In the Welcome Home on Stetsenko, a large portfolio of layout solutions was deliberately not created. There are only four of them. The layouts selected are the most in demand in our current projects and have received a product that perfectly matches the location of the object and the target audience in this price segment of real estate.

One-bedroom apartments are 36-37 m2 and 48 m2. Two-bedroom apartments are 55 m2. Each apartment has a room of 17 m2. One-bedroom apartments have kitchen-living rooms of about 16 m2.

In this project, the construction group "Fundament" offers a product that is currently a leader among developers in the real estate market of the capital. This is fast construction technology - up to one year from the start of construction work. Therefore, we are talking about short-term investments and risk minimization for buyers at the initial stage of work, and finally, we are talking about affordable square meters.

Welcome Home on Stetsenko is a project in which the concept of a residential complex is expressed not only in the logo or short-term advertising campaigns during sales. We wanted to implement a project with such a highlight in improvement and architecture that would delight the residents of the complex every day.

The idea of creating a residential art quarter emerged, where art objects would be created within a single theme and style.

The chosen theme is the animal world, namely the singing birds of Ukraine. The theme has great potential - small architectural forms for children's playgrounds, murals on building facades, and more. Residents will be able to join this kind of creativity quite soon. Firstly, the readiness of the first phase of Welcome Home on Stetsenko is already in December 2016. And secondly, the selection of several art objects will be done through customer voting.
