Description

"Lucky Land" Eco-complex is a large residential project covering over 28.5 hectares with a unique concept of quarter development, created by the "DIM" group of companies in collaboration with the architectural bureau "Archimatika". The "Lucky Land" residential complex stands out for its unique quarter development concept, combining innovative technologies and the aesthetics of Kyiv architecture. Lucky Land involves phased quarter development, including seven quarters in the live-work-play format, which means the possibility of living, working, and relaxing within one space.

Each building is equipped with designer business-class lobbies with convenient areas for storing strollers and bicycles.
