"Lucky Land" Eco-complex is a large residential project covering over 28.5 hectares with a unique concept of quarter development, created by the "DIM" group of companies in collaboration with the architectural bureau "Archimatika". The "Lucky Land" residential complex stands out for its unique quarter development concept, combining innovative technologies and the aesthetics of Kyiv architecture. Lucky Land involves phased quarter development, including seven quarters in the live-work-play format, which means the possibility of living, working, and relaxing within one space.
Each building is equipped with designer business-class lobbies with convenient areas for storing strollers and bicycles.
"Lucky Land" offers a variety of apartment options with thoughtful layouts: one, two, three, and four-room apartments ranging from 38 to 134 m². All layouts allow for the implementation of the most daring design solutions and comfortable space arrangement according to individual needs.
All inner courtyards will be completely closed off from cars, providing safety and peace for residents. There is a spacious underground parking for cars, which can also serve as a shelter if needed. There are special storage rooms for storing large items, allowing for space optimization in apartments. For guests and visitors of the complex, there is surface parking available.
The complex already has round-the-clock security and video surveillance system in place, ensuring a high level of security.
Infrastructure
The "Lucky Land" residential complex is located in a convenient place near Academician Palladin Avenue, the Big Ring Road, and Hostomel Highway. This provides convenient transportation connections to various districts of Kyiv with a quick access to major highways. Additionally, the complex is located near the metro stations "Akademmistechko," "Syrets," and "Nyvky," making it attractive for those who value mobility.
One of the special advantages of Lucky Land is its proximity to a centuries-old pine forest covering over 100 hectares. Just 5 minutes away is the popular recreational area Pusha-Voditsa with lakes, forests, and numerous walking and leisure routes in nature.
The developer has paid special attention to developing its own infrastructure within the complex, including pharmacies, beauty salons, shops near the house, cafes, restaurants, post offices, household service centers, and other facilities necessary for comfortable living.
Furthermore, the territory of the "Lucky Land" residential complex is planned to have its own school for 680 students with a modern approach to education, as well as a kindergarten for children aged 2 to 6 years. Residents will also have their own park with alleys and areas for active and quiet relaxation, modern sports and children's playgrounds.
In addition to the internal infrastructure, residents of "Lucky Land" have access to large retail chains and supermarkets within walking distance: Novus, "Silpo," "Auchan," "Epicenter." Nearby is also one of Ukraine's largest shopping malls - "Lavina Mall," offering over 300 stores, a cinema, food court, and the "Galaxy" amusement park, providing ample opportunities for shopping and leisure.
For sports activities, just a 15-minute drive away are the International Tennis Academy MTA, fitness clubs "Fitness Sport Style," "Rich Health," or "Mixer Gym."
