Description

WELL PRIME is a modern residential complex of business class in Lviv near the city center. The author's architectural project consists of two 17-storey buildings with residential and commercial spaces on the first floor, which unite the complex into a single space. The geometry of lines and texture of materials set a unique tone for the new project from the developer "Well Bud".

The construction is carried out using energy-efficient technologies: a monolithic frame structure with ceramic block "Keraterm" and insulation with mineral wool provides high thermal insulation. Ventilated facades further contribute to heat preservation, protect against moisture, and increase the durability of the building. Individual gas heating in each apartment – an autonomous gas boiler is installed, which ensures temperature control and reduces heating costs. Panoramic windows provide good room insulation.

Safety is an important component in the "WELL PRIME" residential complex: a modern video surveillance system is installed in the complex with access to the building with facial recognition function.

For cars, a two-level spacious underground parking with charging stations for electric vehicles is provided by the project.

Infrastructure

The residential complex "WELL PRIME" is located in the Frankivsky district of Lviv at 42a Lazarenka Street. The convenient and developed infrastructure allows residents to enjoy all the advantages of urban life.

The road to the city center will take 15 minutes by car or 25 minutes by public transport. Trolleybuses No. 25 and No. 23, buses No. 18, No. 3A, and several shuttle buses pass near the building. It is about 18 minutes by car to the railway station. To the international airport – 15 minutes drive.

Residents of the "WELL PRIME" residential complex will not have to spend much time on shopping. Supermarkets "Rukavychka", "Blizenko", and "Silpo" are located within a 12-minute walk. Also, within a 9-minute drive, there is the "Shuvar" market where you can buy both food products and household goods.

Only a 12-minute drive away is the large shopping center "Victoria Gardens" – here, in addition to the "Silpo" supermarket, there is a zone of boutiques, stores with electronics, sports and children's goods, and a food court. In the same 12-minute drive, you can reach the "King Cross Leopolis" shopping center, where the "Ashan" hypermarket operates, brand stores, various services, the "Planeta Kino" cinema, and a food court. Also, in the same area, there is the open hypermarket "Epicenter", where you will find everything you need for home repairs and improvement.

There are enough educational institutions for children in the area. These include the elementary school "Dzherelce", the private school "TVORCI", the Lviv Engineering Lyceum, and the University "UKU". For little ones, the kindergarten No. 42 "Divosvit", the private development center "Kinderville", the innovative children's space "SvitLichka", and others are suitable.

The road to the nearest municipal clinics for children and adults will take about 10 minutes by car. Nearby, there are private medical centers "Dobrolikar", "Novoderm", "Rodina".

Within walking distance from the complex are the "Horikhovyi Hai" park with a reservoir, well-groomed alleys, and a cinema, as well as the "Stryiskyi" park. A 9-minute drive away is the indoor water park "Plyazh" with a fitness center and a SPA zone. Open "FitCurves", sports clubs "Atlant" and "Premium Gym" are available in the area for workouts. For family entertainment, you can take a 20-minute stroll to the children's entertainment center "Kraina Mrii". And in a 7-minute drive, you will reach the covered amusement park "Dragon Park".
