"Ingleside Space" is a unique residential complex that will adorn the Kyiv district of Odesa. The architecture of the buildings is designed taking into account the features of the area, from finishing materials to the use of different floor heights. The two lower floors of the buildings are allocated for commercial and office spaces, which will allow residents to receive necessary services and develop their own business without leaving home.
In the entrances, residents are greeted by concierge service employees who control access to the floors. If necessary, security can be called through a special app on a smartphone.
The inner courtyard is equipped with a large number of playgrounds, sports grounds, recreation areas, and its own park alley. There will also be fenced areas for dog walking, smoking areas, and underground parking for residents with cars, which will eliminate any discomfort associated with this.
Infrastructure
Adjacent to "Ingleside Space" are bus stops No. 121, No. 137, and No. 175, which run between the development area and other neighborhoods of the city. By car, it is 7 minutes to the Odesa International Airport, 13-15 minutes to the city center, central bus and railway stations.
Residents of "Ingleside Space" can buy groceries at the "Silpo" supermarket located on the commercial areas of the complex, as well as at several shops and supermarkets within walking distance: 8 minutes to "Chester," 11 minutes to "Nenazhera," and 15 minutes to "Silpo." By car, it is 3 minutes to "Tavria V," 5 minutes to "ATB-Market," 7 minutes to "Silpo" and "Nenazhera." The nearest shopping center, City Center, with specialized shops, restaurants, a cinema, a bowling club, and the Sport Life fitness center, is a 5-minute drive from the building. Residents can also have lunch or coffee at restaurants, cafes, and bakeries located on the lower floors of the new building.
For children, the complex will have its own educational center, kindergarten, and school, as well as foreign language courses that adults can attend with their children. Parents can also choose one of the educational institutions within a 15-minute walk from the building: kindergartens No. 239 and No. 195, "Chornomorsky Center of Education" kindergarten-school, primary school No. 96, and municipal schools No. 69, No. 32, and No. 46. Several other educational institutions for different age groups are within a 4-6 minute drive from "Ingleside Space." These include kindergartens No. 190, No. 191, No. 171, No. 77, "Golden Fish" kindergarten-school, "Svitoch" private school, Gymnasium No. 8, schools "Future," No. 28, and No. 33.
Residents of the new building can engage in sports on equipped sports grounds, on their own stadium, and in the fitness clubs provided by the project. Special tracks will be set up for morning runs and cycling. It's a 12-minute walk to the Rio fitness club and a 3-minute drive to the "Storm" sports complex for training. Figure skating enthusiasts can spend time on the ice at the "Kryzhinka" rink, a 7-minute drive away, or at the "Kurortny" beach, a 14-minute drive from the new building, where you can swim and sunbathe in the warm season.
Additionally, next to the residential complex "Ingleside Space" there will be a medical center, pharmacy, grooming salon, pet store, and car wash.
