LCD Rishelievsky Passage In Odessa

Rishelievsky Passage is a project of restoration of a Victorian Baroque architecture building from 1893 in the very center of Odessa, at the intersection of Rishelievskaya and Velika Arnautska streets. The boutique building in the decorative-ornamental style "Art Nouveau" combines a two-story passage with commercial premises, a cozy restaurant with a fountain, and apartments with spacious terraces and open balconies. Despite its proximity to the historical part of the city with its vibrant life, this place ensures the maximum level of privacy.

Infrastructure

The location - a 10-minute walk to the city center - implies the presence of a developed social and transport infrastructure. At the same distance from the building, there is the central railway and bus station of the city and the "Privoz" bus station, from which routes to surrounding areas depart. The nearest public transport stops on Velika Arnautska and Rishelievskaya streets are a 1-2 minute walk away. These are the stops of trolleybus No. 3 and minibuses No. 124, No. 128, No. 145, No. 148, No. 150, No. 175, No. 201, No. 208, No. 210, No. 221, and No. 283.
