LCD Rishelievsky Passage In Odessa

Rishelievsky Passage is a project of restoration of a Victorian Baroque architecture building from 1893 in the very center of Odessa, at the intersection of Rishelievskaya and Velika Arnautska streets. The boutique building in the decorative-ornamental style "Art Nouveau" combines a two-story passage with commercial spaces, a cozy restaurant with a fountain, and apartments with spacious terraces and open balconies. Despite its proximity to the historic part of the city with its vibrant life, this place offers maximum privacy.

Infrastructure

The location - a 10-minute walk to the city center - implies the presence of a developed social and transport infrastructure. At the same distance from the building, there is the central railway and bus stations of the city, and the "Privoz" bus station, from which routes to surrounding settlements depart. The nearest public transport stops on Velika Arnautska and Rishelievskaya streets are a 1-2 minute walk away. These are stops of trolleybus No. 3 and minibuses No. 124, 128, 145, 148, 150, 175, 201, 208, 210, 221, and 283.

You can buy groceries near the building at the "Tavria V" and "ATB-Market" supermarkets - a 2-4 minute walk. Several other grocery stores and supermarkets of large retail chains are located within a 10-minute walk radius. These include "Kopeika", "ATB-Market", "Tavria V", Fresh Market, the natural products store "Provence", "Tairovsky Vina", "Rybalsky Rai", "Roshen", and others. Also within walking distance from "Prostor na Rishelievskoy" is the well-known "Privoz" - a large food and goods market and a number of shopping centers.

The area is home to a variety of cultural institutions and places for recreation. One of such places is the first urban food market in Ukraine, Odessa Food Market, where 13 cafes and 6 bars operate simultaneously.

For children near the building, there is kindergarten-nursery No. 253, and a few minutes away is kindergarten No. 14. Parents of schoolchildren can also choose one of the schools within walking distance from Rishelievsky Passage: No. 58, No. 94, No. 101, or No. 191. The distance to any of these educational institutions is a maximum of 15 minutes.
