LCD Rishelievsky Passage In Odessa

Rishelievsky Passage is a restoration project of a Victorian Baroque architecture building from 1893 in the heart of Odessa, at the intersection of Rishelievskaya and Velika Arnautskaya streets. The boutique building in the decorative-ornamental style "Art Nouveau" combines a two-story passage with commercial spaces, a cozy restaurant with a fountain, and apartments with spacious terraces and open balconies. Despite its proximity to the historic part of the city with its vibrant life, this place provides maximum privacy.

Infrastructure

The location - a 10-minute walk to the city center - includes a developed social and transport infrastructure. At the same distance from the building is the central railway bus station and the "Privoz" bus station, from which routes to surrounding areas depart. The nearest public transport stops on Velika Arnautskaya and Rishelievskaya streets are 1-2 minutes walk away. These are the stops of trolleybus №3 and minibuses №124, №128, №145, №148, №150, №175, №201, №208, №210, №221 and №283.

You can buy groceries near the building at the "Tavria V" and "ATB-Market" supermarkets - a 2-4 minute walk. Several other grocery stores and supermarkets of large retail chains are located within a 10-minute walk radius. These include "Kopeika", "ATB-Market", "Tavria V", Fresh Market, "Provence" natural products store, "Tairovski Wines", "Rybalsky Rai", "Roshen" and others. Also within walking distance from "Prostor na Rishelievskoy" is the well-known "Privoz" - a large food and goods market and a number of shopping centers.

The area is rich in various cultural institutions and places for recreation. One of such places is Odessa Food Market, the first urban food market in Ukraine, where 13 cafes and 6 bars operate simultaneously.

For children, there is a kindergarten-nursery №253 near the building, and a few minutes further is kindergarten №14. Parents of schoolchildren can also choose one of the schools within walking distance from Rishelievsky Passage: №58, №94, №101 or №191. The maximum distance to any of these educational institutions is 15 minutes. In the area of the residential complex, there is also a private kindergarten "Anava+", kindergarten-nursery №160, Happy Time kindergarten, municipal schools №57 and №107, Odessa State Agrarian University and "Odessa Polytechnic".
